What the rate includes

- ✓ On-site caretaker (Mr. Suresh) for check-in & assistance
- ✓ Wi-Fi, hot water, AC, heating, basic cooking utensils
- ✓ Private parking for one car beside the villa
- ✓ Daily housekeeping
Extras (paid separately to the resort)
- · Use of the Blue Pine Orchards resort pool — small fee per the resort's policy
- · Meals at the on-site Orchid Restaurant — à la carte
- · Groceries / cooking ingredients if you want us to stock the kitchen — at cost
Booking terms
Advance: 50% confirms the booking. Paid via UPI / bank transfer.
Balance: on check-in. Cash, UPI, or bank transfer — your choice.
Cancellation: full refund if cancelled 7+ days before check-in; 50% refund if 3–7 days; no refund within 3 days. We'll always try to reschedule first if your plans change.
Check-in: 12 noon. Early check-in possible subject to availability — WhatsApp us.
Check-out: 11 AM. Late check-out possible with advance notice.
